Refund Policy

Membership dues will be refunded in full if the member communicates their desire to leave the organization via phone call, email, or letter within two weeks of payment. Training fees will be refunded in full if FRPA is notified 72 hours prior to the scheduled training session.

About FRPA

The Financial and Retail Protection Association (FRPA) has been protecting financial crime victims since 1997. We are a nonprofit association with members consisting of police investigators, retailers, financial institutions and innkeepers focused on detecting, deterring and apprehending. We are headquartered in Minnesota, but we serve members nationwide in a very unique way. Our members have access to all of our services, including a 24/7 help line.
